Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (holiday shipping could add an extra day due to high volume) . We ship via UPS or FedEx. Once the package has been shipped, you will recieve an email notification with a tracking number. This number can be used to track the package anywhere in the world. We currently ship only in the US due to security issues with international orders. The delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and your destination.
Delivery Options:
Standard Shipping - by FedEx ($14.99) or UPS Ground (2-6 business days), view standard shipping map; no Saturday or Sunday delivery.
2-3 Day Delivery - by FedEx or UPS (2-3 business days, no weekend delivery; ships same day or within 24 hours)
1 Day Overnight Delivery (no weekend delivery; ships same day or within 24 hours) - by FedEx or UPS.
- We ship anywhere in the USA and Canada.
- Orders may ship in multiple parcels and from different warehouses, to reduce your delivery time.
- Shipments are fully insured and have online tracking; you're protected and informed.
- Orders over $150, require direct or adult signature.
- Orders ship in plain boxes; no indication of items inside; no spoiled gift surprises.
- You'll receive an email with FedEx or USS tracking # and delivery date when your order ships.

When Billing & Shipping Addresses Are Different:
For fraud prevention purposes, if your billing and shipping addresses are different, we must verify certain detailed information; including but not limited to the full name, address and landline phone numbers of people residing at both the bill to and ship to addresses. Additional verification may also require contacting the bank that issued your credit card and verifying a small (Less than $1.00) charge on your account in that bank's records. The charge will be refunded after verification. There may be a 2 day delay when shipping to any address other than the credit card billing address. We will call you to confirm. Nintendo Wii Direct reserves the right to cancel any order.
Note: we are not responsible for delays by FedEx or UPS. In the event of a delayed delivery, we will work on your behalf and directly with FedEx or UPS to secure an appropriate credit, if it is warranted. Please also note that FedEx and UPS does not guarantee delivery times during certain dates surrounding key holidays, such as Christmas; they commit only to making a best effort with allowances for mechanical failure as well as air traffic and weather delays.
APO addresses, P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
We ship to APO addresses, P.O. Boxes and Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. For these locations, you must select FedEx or UPS 2-3 Days. Standard shipping by FedEx or UPS ground does not delivery to these locations.
